About
Resource Relations, in Cornwall, Pa., is my consulting practice in
organizational communication and public relations. I’ve had a career, first,
in journalism, then in public relations with a speciality in crisis
communication. I was the post-accident communication manager at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station. I’m interested in relational and equity issues in the
workplace and the world. Because it’s all interrelated, I’m devoted to the
systems thinking of the late Dr. W. Edwards Deming.
